Sporting a model number of CUH-1200a, the new PlayStation 4 consumes 8% less power compared to the first model with a 10% reduction in weight. Aside from a hardware revision, the shiny finish of the unit has been replaced with a matte one – presumably due to the number of complaints about finger prints.
