um can anyone pls help im a noob at this i just got my psp ver. 5.00 m33-4 and i tryed to put games at it iso or cso but the game is not seen by the psp pls help. (T_T)

i need help please anyone i downloaded the game n+ for psp and put it in my iso folder and i see the game and it goes to the psp start screen then i get message saying game could not be started im useing 4.01 m33-2 please help what i didnot do or need to do?
