They’re Microsoft’s answer to Apple’s 2nd generation of ipods.

Zune 80 is currently top of the line boasting an 80 GB (you guessed it) HDD. A slight change for the the Zune 4 and Zune 8 models are the flash-based drives that they’re using which means more juice and less bulk.
All will models come with a feature that allows a user to automatically sync media via a Wi-Fi network from a PC to the Zune when its battery is charging[
The Zune Music store also updates it's lists for over 1 million DRM-free music,
The original 30-gigabyte Zune will still be produced and sold at $199. It will receive a software update in November that enables the wireless syncing feature available on the new models.
