If you’ve tried kill programs suspicious programs on the taskbar before then you probably got this message once or twice:

Although they look suspicious, svchost.exe’s are essential in running XP which is why when one or more of them gets killed you see the message above and less than 60 seconds to save your work. Usually that’s not enough especially when you’re working on lots of files or using an older computer.
It annoyed me for a couple of times until I found a solution.
If you look at the shutdown command:

To access the command, just use the Run hotkey (windows key + R) and type shutdown -a to the process. .
