If you're upgraded properly you should have this on your WYSIWYG. Or are you referring to the button that the WP-table places on the editor?

very nice upgrade. i have done it,
in WYSIWYG there is no table button
how can you put table button.

Well you can use the WP-Automatic Upgrade plugin to make it simple. Just reference the link above for the compatible plugins and check if what you're using is in the list so as not to end up like me. It took 2 full hours until I figured it out.
